In a bowl I mixed eggs with a little salt, I added the sugar mixing very well, then I poured the oil and I mixed continuously. I sifted the flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder, then I added it to the composition, incorporating it well.
At the end I put the jam, mixing lightly with a spatula. I poured the composition into a longer cake tray, greased with oil and lined with flour. I put it in the oven over medium heat, approx. 30 min. I took it out on a grill, let it cool and then poured the icing.
A wonderful dessert came out!
